Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jebaje platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jebaje's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you and jebaje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific game or promotional rules, the specific rules will take precedence in relation to that particular game or promotion only.

jebaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the jebaje platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jebaje and all associated gambling services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jebaje strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 18. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal guardianship that restricts your ability to engage in financial transactions.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion request on the jebaje platform or any related gaming platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to re-register until the applicable exclusion period has expired and jebaje has confirmed reinstatement in writing.
• Single account: You must not currently hold any other registered jebaje account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate registrations are a prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms.
• Accurate identity information: All personal details provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment account details — must be accurate, current, and genuinely your own.

Age Verification Process

jebaje conducts age verification checks at account registration. Where automated checks are inconclusive, jebaje reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Until satisfactory age and identity verification is completed, jebaje may restrict withdrawal functionality on your account. Any account that cannot be successfully verified will be closed, with any deposited funds (net of any bonus amounts already claimed) returned to the original payment source.

Account Registration & Verification

To access jebaje's gambling services, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules govern the creation and maintenance of your jebaje account.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• You must register with your own payment account details (bKash number, Nagad number, bank account, etc.). Registration using another person's payment credentials is prohibited.

Account Security

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jebaje support immediately at support at jebaje.com. jebaje will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials or has shared credentials with a third party.

jebaje recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available as a free security feature from within the account dashboard after jebaje Login. jebaje also monitors for unusual login activity and may temporarily lock an account pending identity re-verification where suspicious access patterns are detected.

Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your jebaje account at any time by contacting support at jebaje.com. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited on account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met prior to the closure request.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to the payment account registered in your jebaje account profile. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. jebaje reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request. jebaje aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible following approval; actual crediting times depend on the MFS provider's processing schedule.

Anti-Money-Laundering Checks

jebaje is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that are legitimately owned by the registered account holder. jebaje reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual transaction patterns are detected. Accounts subject to AML review may have withdrawals suspended pending investigation. Cooperation with jebaje's compliance team during any such review is a condition of continued account use.

Bonuses & Promotions Policy

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the individual promotion page and varies by promotion type.
• One bonus per player: Each registered player is eligible to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry periods: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Sports bets and cricket betting markets, live casino table games, RNG slots, and crash games each carry a stated contribution rate as published on the Offers / Promotions page.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus balances are non-withdrawable. Only real-money winnings that exceed the wagering requirement threshold may be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
• jebaje's discretion: jebaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a player is found to be abusing a promotion — including through arbitrage, staking patterns designed to minimise risk to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or colluding with other players — jebaje may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any real-money wager.

Random Number Generation

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jebaje platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and subsequently permanently closed with forfeiture of all bonus balances. Verified real-money balances may also be frozen pending legal review in cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity.

• Duplicate accounts: Registering more than one jebaje account per individual, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• False identity: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification, including misrepresenting your age, name, or residential address.

jebaje's decision regarding prohibited conduct investigations is final. Players wishing to appeal a suspension or account closure decision must submit a written appeal to support at jebaje.com within 30 days of receiving notification of the decision.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jebaje platform — including but not limited to the jebaje brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game presentation layers, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jebaje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jebaje platform for your own personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit for commercial purposes any part of the jebaje platform or its content.

Limitation of Liability

• jebaje is not liable for any financial loss you incur as a direct result of gambling activity on the platform. All gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss and you accept that risk fully and voluntarily by choosing to play.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jebaje's liability for death or personal injury caused by jebaje's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Minor amendments, including typographical corrections, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, may be published without prior notice. If you do not accept an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the jebaje platform before the amended Terms take effect and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the jebaje Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jebaje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.
